TPE Secondary Injection Encapsulated ABS
TPE Encapsulated ABS/PC/PA products are modified materials with TPU+SEBS as the main base material and are usually designed between 35A and 90A according to customer requirements. TPE coating material is wear-resistant and scratch-resistant, feels comfortable and has good anti-sweat and anti-skid properties, fully meets the requirements of ergonomics, and has beautiful and high-grade appearance. In order to ensure the adhesive effect of encapsulation, when TPE is coated on ABS/PC surface by secondary injection molding, it is recommended that the injection processing temperature be 180~220℃, and when TPE is coated on PA surface, it is recommended that the injection processing temperature be 220~260℃. According to different models, different molds and product requirements, the injection molding process should be properly adjusted.

Use of TPE-coated ABS products: Suitable for all kinds of handles, smart watch bracelets, home appliance housings, instrument housings, mobile phone housings, electric tools and hardware coated ABS products, electric irons, air cylinders (hair blowers), electric toothbrushes, etc.
