1. Properties and Advantages of TPE Encapsulated PC Material: The appearance of TPE compound of Encapsulated PC is natural color or translucent plastic particles; The specific gravity is 1.02 ~ 1.24; The main hardness range is Shore 40~80A；; The rubber compound can be molded by injection molding, has excellent fluidity and good adhesion with PC plastics. 2. Composition of TPE-coated PC material: The TPE compound special for coated PC uses SEBS elastomer as the main material and blends other tackifiers, softeners, reinforcing resins, compatibilizers, etc. The modified high score thermoplastic material belongs to composite engineering plastics.
3. Main technological parameters of 3.TPE and PC encapsulation:
Drying temperature: 60~80℃, drying for about 2 hours (the surface gloss and aesthetics of TPE soft rubber can be improved by drying the rubber material);
Shrinkage of TPE compound: about 2% (specific value shall be confirmed according to specific TPE formula number);
Suggested processing temperature: 140~150℃ in the feeding section, 160~170℃ in the plasticizing section 1, 170~180℃ in the plasticizing section 2, 190~200℃ in the plasticizing section 3, 200~220℃ in the injection section. The specific processing temperature can be slightly adjusted according to the processing conditions of equipment, molds and products.
4. Product use: TPE coated PC material is mainly used in various tools and hardware products, fitness equipment, electronic appliances, digital communication products, etc.
